For the first time ever, Soda Club will be open on Christmas Eve, hosting an intimate, family-style dinner crafted by Chef Pedro Allende and Chef Juan Pajarito.
This one-night-only dinner celebrates the spirit of the season with bold, ingredient-driven dishes and the warm hospitality that defines both Soda Club and Avant Garden. It’s a decadent, plant-based feast meant for sharing — a cozy gathering around the table, filled with gratitude and flavor.
