Thanksgiving at Soda Club

For the first time ever, Soda Club will be open on Thanksgiving Day, hosting an intimate, family-style Thanksgiving Harvest Feast crafted by Chef Pedro Allende and Chef Juan Pajarito.

This one-night-only dinner celebrates the spirit of the season with bold, ingredient-driven dishes and the warm hospitality that defines both Soda Club and Avant Garden. It’s a decadent, plant-based feast meant for sharing — a cozy gathering around the table, filled with gratitude and flavor.

THE MENU

  • Coconut Charcoal Focaccia – miso bagna cauda (contains gluten, soy, capsaicin)

  • Smoked Pumpkin Soup – cashew sour cream, plantain chips, caramelized peach (contains nuts, allium)

  • Crispy Brussels Sprouts – cipollini vinaigrette, apple, cranberry, candied walnuts (contains allium, nuts - removable)

  • Roman-Style Pizza – roasted beets, roasted red pepper hummus, tzatziki sauce, crispy chickpeas, zatar balsamic glaze (contains capsaicin, allium, gluten)

  • Gigli Pasta – with truffle cream sauce, crispy leeks (contains allium, gluten)

  • Gnocchi Green Bean Casserole – smoked mushrooms, green beans, fried onions, truffle bechamel sauce (contains gluten, allium)

  • Pumpkin Pie – almond pastry cream, pecans (contains allium, nuts)
